Important Notes: 1. Since your clothes may get wet, please prepare appropriate clothing and footwear for water activities. We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes to change into after the activity. 2. Phones, cameras, and gadgets may fall into the water. We encourage you to take photos as it's a unique experience, but you must take responsibility or carry waterproof bags with you. 5. We have dedicated lockers to store your belongings. 6. Public restrooms are located at the main exit of the Seaside Promenade. We have portable pop-up changing tents and a freshwater rinse area in the preparation zone. 7. The itinerary may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions or safety measures. 8. For your safety, please always follow the instructions of the guide team. 9. Wear gloves to prevent palm abrasions during exercise.
